Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or senior role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • must pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • flexibility to work variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • successful completion of Air China paid leadership training in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • standard flight attendant qualifications
  • ability to complete Air China cabin senior leadership training

Job Duties

  • manage cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • coordinate with flight deck and ground teams
