Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or senior role
- fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- must pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- flexibility to work variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- successful completion of Air China paid leadership training in Beijing
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- coordinate with flight deck and ground teams
