Job Requirements
- minimum three years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or in senior role
- fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass comprehensive medical check
- pass background check
- willingness to complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training in Beijing
- flexibility to work variable schedules including on-call shifts and holidays
Job Qualifications

- proven leadership experience in a purser or senior cabin crew role
- fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle escalated passenger issues calmly and effectively
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew and lead pre-flight briefings
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- manage crew performance and provide feedback
- act as primary contact for passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- complete Air China's Cabin Senior training program in Beijing
- maintain flexibility with variable roster including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
