Job Requirements

  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass a comprehensive medical examination and background check
  • successful completion of Air China's paid leadership training program in Beijing
  • full availability to work variable rosters including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • ability to handle international workload demands and travel schedules

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team under high-pressure conditions
  • strong problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew and lead pre-flight briefings
  • ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
  • oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' first class service delivery
  • manage crew performance and conduct evaluations
  • act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • coordinate with flight deck crew to ensure smooth cabin operations
  • maintain compliance with international aviation regulations
