Job Requirements
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass a comprehensive medical examination and background check
- successful completion of Air China's paid leadership training program in Beijing
- full availability to work variable rosters including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- ability to handle international workload demands and travel schedules
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team under high-pressure conditions
- strong problem-solving capabilities
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew and lead pre-flight briefings
- ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
- oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' first class service delivery
- manage crew performance and conduct evaluations
- act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- coordinate with flight deck crew to ensure smooth cabin operations
- maintain compliance with international aviation regulations
