Job Requirements
- Meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- Pass comprehensive medical examination
- Clear background check
- Flexibility to work variable rosters including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Successful completion of Air China’s paid Cabin Senior leadership training program
- Valid passport and legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent physical health to meet the demands of long-haul flights
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- Proven leadership experience as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
Job Duties
- Manage and lead the cabin crew during long-haul international flights
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the premium First Class 'Forbidden Pavilion' service
- Conduct pre-flight briefings to prepare crew members
- Handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- Monitor and evaluate crew performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cabin operations
