Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience
  • fluency in English and Mandarin
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • ability to pass medical and background checks
  • successful completion of Cabin Senior training
  • willingness to work flexible roster including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage the cabin crew

  • oversee Forbidden Pavilion First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • handle escalated passenger issues
  • respond to in-flight emergencies
