Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience as a purser or senior flight attendant role
- fluency in English and Mandarin
- meet standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass a comprehensive medical and background check
- flexibility to work variable hours including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or senior role
- fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- ability to successfully complete Air China’s Cabin Senior/Leadership training program
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues or in-flight emergencies
