Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience as a purser or senior flight attendant role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin
  • meet standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass a comprehensive medical and background check
  • flexibility to work variable hours including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or senior role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • ability to successfully complete Air China’s Cabin Senior/Leadership training program

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues or in-flight emergencies
