Job Requirements
- must have at least 3 years of experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- must have prior leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- must pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- must be fluent in English
- fluency in Mandarin preferred
- must be available for flexible scheduling including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- must successfully complete Air China's paid leadership training program in Beijing
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership track record such as acting as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role
- fluency in English and Mandarin highly advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
- respond to in-flight emergencies
