Job Requirements

  • must have at least 3 years of experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • must have prior leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • must pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • must be fluent in English
  • fluency in Mandarin preferred
  • must be available for flexible scheduling including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • must successfully complete Air China's paid leadership training program in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership track record such as acting as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin highly advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
  • respond to in-flight emergencies
