Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership roles such as purser or senior flight attendant
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • must meet standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass comprehensive medical examination
  • clear background check
  • successful completion of Air China’s paid Cabin Senior leadership training program in Beijing
  • availability to work variable flight rosters including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to be on-call and flexible with scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as serving as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
  • excellent problem-solving skills under pressure

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew during flights
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • address escalated passenger issues
  • respond to in-flight emergencies
