Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years flying experience with a major international airline
  • prior leadership experience preferred
  • fluency in English and Mandarin advantageous
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • complete paid leadership training in Beijing
  • full flexibility for variable roster

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or senior cabin crew role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • standard flight attendant qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
