Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership qualities
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- meet standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass medical and background checks
- flexibility for variable roster and on-call duties
- willingness to complete required training in Beijing
Job Qualifications

- proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- successful completion of leadership training program
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- act as primary contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
