Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership qualities
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • meet standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass medical and background checks
  • flexibility for variable roster and on-call duties
  • willingness to complete required training in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • successful completion of leadership training program

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • act as primary contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
