Job Requirements
- must have at least 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- must pass a comprehensive medical examination
- must pass a thorough background check
- must be willing to complete paid leadership training in Beijing
- must be flexible with scheduling including weekends, holidays, and being on-call
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or in a senior cabin role
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- comprehensive knowledge of safety and service protocols
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance during flights
- act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
- handle in-flight emergencies
