Job Requirements

  • must have at least 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • must pass a comprehensive medical examination
  • must pass a thorough background check
  • must be willing to complete paid leadership training in Beijing
  • must be flexible with scheduling including weekends, holidays, and being on-call

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or in a senior cabin role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • comprehensive knowledge of safety and service protocols

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance during flights
  • act as the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
  • handle in-flight emergencies
