- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees requiring patience, tact and diplomacy

Job Duties
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance with a properly cleaned uniform
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting using the guest's name when possible
- Engage guests in conversation and actively orient guests to the property, amenities and experiences
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation and bid them a fond farewell at departure
- Actively listen to and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests
- Anticipate guest service needs and proactively approach guests needing assistance
- Lift and move guest luggage, hotel supplies, and heavy boxes weighing more than 50 pounds
- Place luggage in appropriate areas in guest accommodations or storage according to property specifications or guest requests
- Assist guests with unloading and loading luggage from vehicles
- Offer to park cars for guests according to property procedures and return car keys to designated area
- Set up accommodations correctly according to daily directions and property procedures
- Use discretion to avoid disturbing guests and explain operations in guest rooms such as climate control and fireplaces
- Secure room and supply closet keys and respect guest privacy
- Answer basic questions about the property and activities or refer guests to appropriate staff
- Work with colleagues to ensure guest needs are met and communicate special needs to front desk
- Handle guest requests, maintenance issues, and complaints professionally
- Perform light maintenance, grounds keeping, and landscaping tasks as assigned
- Label and submit lost and found items per property procedures
- Follow personal sanitation and safety practices including PPE use
- Notify appropriate personnel of broken equipment or unsafe or unsanitary conditions
- Manually handle, lift or carry products up to 60 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Use bilateral fine manipulation of hands throughout the shift
- Remain vertically mobile for the entire shift
