Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to manage a team and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleanliness standards
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols
  • a valid driver's license may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services

  • prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of aircraft cleaning protocols and safety standards
  • strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety tools used in aircraft cleaning
  • additional certifications in safety or ground services

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead a team of cabin service agents to ensure the timely and thorough cleaning of aircraft
  • assign tasks and ensure that cleaning standards and schedules are met according to airline guidelines
  • monitor and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, including handling cleaning supplies safely
  • inspect the cleaned cabins to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and are free of hazards
  • maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order new materials as needed
  • coordinate with ground operations and flight crew to ensure timely turnarounds
  • train and onboard new staff members, ensuring they understand cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • maintain records of cleaning activities and report any incidents or issues to management
