Job Requirements
- Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to manage a team and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleanliness standards
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols
- a valid driver's license may be required

- familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety tools used in aircraft cleaning
- additional certifications in safety or ground services
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of cabin service agents to ensure the timely and thorough cleaning of aircraft
- assign tasks and ensure that cleaning standards and schedules are met according to airline guidelines
- monitor and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, including handling cleaning supplies safely
- inspect the cleaned cabins to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and are free of hazards
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order new materials as needed
- coordinate with ground operations and flight crew to ensure timely turnarounds
- train and onboard new staff members, ensuring they understand cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- maintain records of cleaning activities and report any incidents or issues to management
