Job Requirements
- Must have a valid US passport and drivers license as well as have the authorization to work in the United States
- Flexible availability including holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts with the ability to travel on short notice
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a professional yet approachable demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Culinary background or formal culinary training
- Prior flight attendant or cabin server experience on large-cabin business jets such as Bombardier or Gulfstream
- 3-5 years of high-end customer service experience
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G Suite
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as sitting, bending, standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Exercise a high level of discretion to protect the privacy of the aircraft owner and their guests
- Deliver world-class service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety during flights
- Plan, prepare, and serve gourmet meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences
- Anticipate and exceed passenger needs, fostering strong relationships
- Maintain the aircraft cabin and hangar with meticulous organization, stocking inventory, and ensuring a pristine, welcoming environment
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to coordinate operational and logistical needs
- Develop and foster beneficial relationships with third-party vendors such as caterers, chefs, and suppliers
- Actively participate in ACI Jet’s Safety and Quality Management System to uphold safety and service standards
