Job Requirements
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- successful completion of Air China's Cabin Senior leadership training program
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- ability to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- must be based in San Antonio, TX
- availability for on-call duties
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record in a leadership role such as purser
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew during flights
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee premium first class service including the 'Forbidden Pavilion'
- conduct pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance and handle crew-related issues
- act as primary point of contact for escalated passenger concerns
- respond to in-flight emergencies and situations
