Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent higher education preferred
- Must have 2 years or more experience in airport or hospitality or customer service roles
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Must treat all information as confidential
- Must possess tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives
- Must be able to sit stand lift and/or bend throughout shift and climb stairs
- Must be able to lift carry and/or hold up to 70 lbs
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug test
- Must complete a criminal background check and additional background checks as needed
- DMV check may be required
- Must be able to read write understand and carry out instructions in English
- Must meet necessary requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge and additional badges as needed
- Must be able to verbally direct in English
- Must be a citizen of the United States or possess necessary INS authorization
- Must operate with dedication to G2 core values people service integrity
- Must be able to complete 10-20% outside work
- Must be required to work weekends overnight shifts and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in airport hospitality or customer service roles
- Ability to read write understand and carry out instructions in English
- Ability to verbally direct in English
- Familiarity with FAA TSA regulations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and tact in dealing with employees and clients
- Must be able to work weekends overnight shifts and holidays
- Physical ability to sit stand lift bend climb stairs and carry up to 70 lbs
Job Duties
- Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming dusting cleaning bathrooms cleaning galley folding blankets changing pillowcases adding supplies cleaning out garbage positioning seatbelts cleaning tray tables cleaning windows upholstery exchange and rug exchange
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Provision aircraft as directed with required ship supplies by aircraft type
- Attend to passengers needs and provide special assistance as requested
- Be neat and careful when handling property including mobility aids and luggage
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airlines staff and public
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
- Leave notice for supervisor to re-order supplies running low
- Complete documentation for maintenance repair or supply orders promptly
- Be familiar with FAA TSA Airline Company and Client regulations
- Keep supervisor informed of needs problems maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Attend meetings and in services as required
- Utilize communication channels maintain records reports and files
- Adhere to dress code with visible identification badges
- Follow company policies and participate in company objectives
- Use company and client resources conscientiously and cost-effectively
- Comply with safety requirements including proper PPE usage reporting unsafe conditions and injuries
- Perform other duties as requested
