Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabin operations or related aviation roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
- Valid aviation safety certifications preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation or related field
- Proven leadership skills in an aviation or customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of safety management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Experience with luxury or premium customer service preferred
- Cultural adaptability and emotional intelligence
Job Duties
- Coordinate with flight crews to ensure smooth cabin operations
- Uphold strict safety and service standards during flights
- Assist with pre-flight briefings and operational documentation
- Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives
- Conduct training and mentoring for cabin staff
- Manage crisis response and passenger care during inflight incidents
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize cabin environment
