Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cabin operations or related aviation roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai
  • Valid aviation safety certifications preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation or related field
  • Proven leadership skills in an aviation or customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of safety management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Experience with luxury or premium customer service preferred
  • Cultural adaptability and emotional intelligence

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with flight crews to ensure smooth cabin operations
  • Uphold strict safety and service standards during flights
  • Assist with pre-flight briefings and operational documentation
  • Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Conduct training and mentoring for cabin staff
  • Manage crisis response and passenger care during inflight incidents
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize cabin environment
