Job Requirements

  • Must have previous leadership experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work full time on second shift with weekend availability
  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must pass drug screening and background check
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must meet airport security clearance requirements including SIDA badge
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous leadership experience in janitorial or related fields
  • Experience with aircraft cleaning or airport operations preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational manuals
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Customer service or housekeeping background preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct a cabin cleaning team in cleaning aircraft interiors
  • Allocate agents to specific aircraft zones and distribute cleaning schedules
  • Maintain and distribute cabin cleaning supplies and tools
  • Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with operating procedures
  • Conduct cleaning of crew rest areas, lavatories, galleys, cabin areas, and provisioning
  • Conduct security searches including under passenger seats, tray tables, and storage compartments
  • Ensure safety cards, linens, and headsets are correctly provisioned in the aircraft
