- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ or more years of experience working with youth

Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to program participants ensuring their needs are met
- foster connections among campers and with the YMCA community
- build respectful meaningful relationships with staff parents and campers
- recognize and encourage campers for personal growth and positive behavior
- support campers in understanding and appreciating their environment
- prioritize participant safety by following emergency and safety protocols
- ensure health hygiene and safety are top priorities for all campers
- ensure compliance with YMCA American Camp Association and all local state and federal standards
- supervise and live with a cabin group following the camp schedule to meet campers' needs
- plan and lead engaging activities that support personal growth and social skills
- maintain appropriate camper discipline according to camp standards
- keep camp and cabin areas clean and encourage respect for facilities and the environment
- maintain a professional appearance and conduct in interactions with others
- submit reports including incident reports health logs and timecards accurately and on time
- actively participate in cabin unit and camp-wide activities and assist in program areas
