Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in facility cleaning or similar environment preferred but not required
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong organizational skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety and security protocols
- military experience encouraged

Job Duties
- coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance to the cleaning team
- lead cabin cleaning and security searches on designated aircraft following company, client, and regulatory policies
- ensure all facility operations comply with established procedures and standards
- supervise and mentor team members during overnight shifts
- maintain communication with management regarding operational progress and issues
- oversee adherence to safety and security protocols
- monitor cleaning quality and address any deficiencies
