Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in facility cleaning or similar environment preferred but not required
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to follow safety and security protocols
  • military experience encouraged

Job Duties

  • coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance to the cleaning team
  • lead cabin cleaning and security searches on designated aircraft following company, client, and regulatory policies
  • ensure all facility operations comply with established procedures and standards
  • supervise and mentor team members during overnight shifts
  • maintain communication with management regarding operational progress and issues
  • oversee adherence to safety and security protocols
  • monitor cleaning quality and address any deficiencies
