Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • pass a drug screen
  • meet all requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal if applicable
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for most of the shift
  • ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • work weekends and overnight shifts
  • comply with company uniform and grooming standards and wear SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous leadership experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
  • experience in airport, housekeeping, or service-related environments preferred
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct a cabin cleaning team
  • distribute cleaning schedules and allocate agents to aircraft zones
  • maintain and distribute cabin cleaning supplies and tools
  • monitor and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • clean aircraft interiors including crew rest areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin areas
  • ensure proper provisioning such as placing safety cards in seatbacks and stocking linens and headsets
  • conduct thorough security searches of aircraft to remove debris and ensure safety
