Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- pass a drug screen
- meet all requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal if applicable
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for most of the shift
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- work weekends and overnight shifts
- comply with company uniform and grooming standards and wear SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous leadership experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
- experience in airport, housekeeping, or service-related environments preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to supervise and motivate a team
- fluency in English
Job Duties
- Lead and direct a cabin cleaning team
- distribute cleaning schedules and allocate agents to aircraft zones
- maintain and distribute cabin cleaning supplies and tools
- monitor and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
- clean aircraft interiors including crew rest areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin areas
- ensure proper provisioning such as placing safety cards in seatbacks and stocking linens and headsets
- conduct thorough security searches of aircraft to remove debris and ensure safety
