Job Requirements
- Ability to maintain discretion and respect in all interactions
- High level of professionalism and polished demeanor
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and manage multiple tasks
- Availability to work 15 days on and 13 days off schedule
- Ability to handle and serve various food including fish, shellfish, nuts
- Comfortable working around animals and/or smoking environments
- Right to live and work in the US with unrestricted travel ability

- Experience in 5-star hospitality or luxury yacht premium first-class environments
- Proven confidence in working with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly within private aviation schedules
- High levels of spoken and written English proficiency
- Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Serve as brand ambassador ensuring personalized inflight service
- Curate exceptional hospitality experiences for VVIP passengers
- Display meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service
- Anticipate and respond proactively to passenger needs
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with all guests
- Manage multiple tasks while delivering seamless service across flights
- Collaborate with cabin team to uphold high standards of safety and luxury
