Job Requirements

at least 21 years old
legal right to work in the us
valid passport for international travel
minimum arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes
no visible tattoos while in uniform

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or ged
minimum one year hospitality or customer service experience
fluency in english
excellent customer service and cultural awareness skills
strong communication and teamwork abilities
problem-solving and resilience
safety-conscious and professional demeanor
multilingual ability is an advantage

Job Duties

ensure passenger safety and comfort in compliance with all regulations
conduct pre-flight safety checks
perform safety demonstrations
assist passengers during boarding and deplaning
provide award-winning inflight service
respond effectively to medical, safety, or security situations
act as a brand ambassador with professional conduct
