Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Four years of relevant flight attendant or cabin services experience
  • At least two years of culinary or hospitality experience
  • Flight Safety International or equivalent recurrent training
  • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury or CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Four years of experience in a similar cabin attendant role
  • At least two years of experience in culinary or high-end hospitality
  • Flight Safety International or equivalent recurrent training
  • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or equivalent CPR/AED certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of aviation industry standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Work closely with the pilot-in-command to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Conduct preflight cabin checks and report maintenance issues
  • Coordinate with flight crews to maintain a clean and pristine aircraft
  • Assist passengers with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements including accommodating children and passengers with disabilities
  • Operate safety equipment and ensure compliance with federal regulations during Part 91 flights
  • Deliver safety briefings as advised by the pilot-in-command
  • Assist or command cabin procedures during aircraft or medical emergencies
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization including managing bedding and supplies
  • Source vendors and prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences
  • Update client profiles, complete post-trip reports and manage expense accounts
  • Maintain aircraft-specific manuals and stay current with required training
  • Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members
  • Represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies
