Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in an enclosed aircraft for extended periods including sitting, standing, or walking
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
  • top-notch interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work flexible and changing schedules
  • excellent physical stamina
  • commitment to confidentiality
  • understanding of federal aviation regulations
  • minimum 3-5 years guest service experience in luxury environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of guest service experience in a luxury product environment
  • current training for the fleet highly desired
  • training or certifications in service and safety highly desired
  • expert customer service skills with superior attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to develop genuine rapport with flight crew and passengers
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips

Job Duties

  • Assists in the procurement process for new onboard items for new aircraft acquisitions
  • responsible for keeping the aircraft clean before, during, and after flights
  • maintains inventory on aircraft
  • greets passengers as they arrive and depart
  • assists passengers with inflight needs including catering and luggage
  • follows federal regulations ensuring passenger compliance
  • plans and serves meals onboard
  • maintains confidentiality regarding passengers, itineraries, and company information
  • performs any other duties assigned by management
