Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum of 4 years experience in private aviation cabin attendant roles
- corporate cabin attendant recurrent training certification
- MedAire or CPR/AED certification
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- minimum 21 years of age
- availability to work variable flight schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to travel internationally with no restrictions
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate cabin attendant recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent
- minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
- at least 2 years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience
- high school diploma
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- must be at least 21 years of age
- strong interpersonal skills
- exceptional organizational and communication skills
- deep understanding of the aviation industry
- ability to work a variable schedule including extended trips, holidays, and weekends
- willingness to travel extensively worldwide
- passion for mentoring and training others
Job Duties
- Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command to ensure smooth operations
- conduct preflight cabin checks
- report maintenance issues
- coordinate with crews to maintain a pristine aircraft
- assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements
- operate safety equipment
- ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations
- deliver safety briefings as advised by the Pilot-in-Command
- assist or command the cabin in aircraft or medical emergencies
- maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin
- manage bedding and supplies
- source vendors
- prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences
- update client profiles
- complete post-trip reports
- manage expense accounts
- maintain aircraft-specific manuals
- stay current with required training
- lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members
- represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies
