Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to navigate electronic devices including computers, fax machines, printers, and timeclock
- Knowledge of GSE maintenance issues
- Experience and understanding of commercial issues in aviation
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Capable of processing information promptly
- Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous ramp or airline experience
- Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications
- Must clear FBI fingerprint background check
- Must be physically fit to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
- Capable of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
- Willing to work outside in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises
- Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours on short notice
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform cosmetic arrangement of seat belts and headrests
- Help prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure by cleaning seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys and lavatories
- Clean and service aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys and lavatories
- Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications
- Assist ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete
- Load and unload passenger baggage and/or freight and cargo to/from aircraft bins, bag carts, and conveyor belts
- Transport loaded bags and/or freight and cargo to/from aircraft and airport terminals
- Drive and operate ground support equipment
- Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
- Marshal aircrafts during arrival and departures
- Ensure necessary ground equipment is available for upcoming flights
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags
- Follow and comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
