Job Requirements
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- must be based in Kotzebue, AK
- must be able to work day shifts, weekend shifts, and on-call periods
- ability to handle physically active duties
- strong multitasking capabilities
- must be a team player
- must be willing to perform a variety of duties both on the ground and in the air
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and on-call shifts

- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- greet passengers at the terminal
- perform passenger check-in, issue boarding passes, and check baggage
- answer phones, book reservations, and answer questions about flight schedules
- handle baggage, weighing and tagging it for flights
- assist with loading and unloading mail, cargo, and baggage onto aircraft
- communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
- ensure passenger safety and comfort in the cabin
- provide a personalized safety briefing before takeoff
- secure all cabin items, baggage, and cargo
- monitor passengers during the flight
- assist passengers with deplaning and help unload their items
