Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in airport, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning preferred
  • ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to interact professionally with employees, passengers, clients, and regulatory personnel
  • pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
  • willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in high-noise airport environments
  • flexibility to work across multiple posts and adapt to sudden operational changes
  • professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to service and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays, and cases of supplies to service the aircraft
  • conduct interior searches and security inspections of aircraft in compliance with TSA, FAA, and company requirements
  • perform detailed cabin cleaning including wiping tray tables, windows, and armrests, vacuuming carpets and seating areas, mopping galley floors, cleaning lavatories and emptying receptacles
  • remove all trash and dispose of it in designated containers
  • restock food, beverages, magazines, pillows, blankets, and other cabin supplies according to airline specifications
  • conduct visual sweeps of aircraft to ensure no items are left behind and report lost items
  • load supplies onto service trucks, return unused items to storage, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the supply room
  • monitor and maintain supply inventory to support continuous operations
  • provide professional and courteous service to crew members, flight attendants, and passengers when approached
  • arrive punctually to assigned shifts and workstations to support on-time departures
  • perform other duties as assigned
