Job Requirements
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to handle money and make correct change
- Comprehension of POS system
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous hospitality and serving experience
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- The primary work location for this position is outdoors
- Will be exposed to elements including heat, wind, and potentially inclement weather
- Will be required to lift items up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch
- Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push
- Must have good near and far vision
- Must be able to hear, talk, smell
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment
- Keep pool area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain accurate records regarding guest checks and reconcile all tabs in a timely fashion
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the pool and on the pool deck satisfied at all times
- Become familiar with all menu items, wine, and spirits
- Observe guests to respond if additional service is required
- Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
