Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work full-time on-site in Valencia, CA
  • flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to different responsibilities
  • follow safety procedures including Cal/OSHA regulations
  • forklift certification preferred but optional

Job Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
  • basic computer knowledge for RMA processing, inventory tracking, and shipping tasks
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and shift between different responsibilities depending on operational needs
  • capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Receive lighting product shipments and unload containers
  • separate pallets for stock or 3PL shipments, wrap and label accordingly
  • scan stock pallets into the Warehouse Management System and place in bins for future shipment
  • stage outbound pallets for freight carrier pickup
  • retrieve products from bins, scan with inventory system, and place on packer conveyor
  • verify product accuracy, pack and tape boxes for shipment
  • inspect outbound orders for quality and report discrepancies
  • arrange carrier pickups, create tracking labels, and sort pallets by carrier
  • safely operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and double-deep rack systems
  • perform put-away and letdowns for inbound and outbound pallets
  • accurately pick, pack, and ship single-item or bulk orders
  • manage inventory with RF scanner and verify materials against picking lists
  • stock and store materials in designated locations
  • maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures
  • communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members
  • perform other tasks as needed to support daily warehouse operations
