Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check criteria
- must have reliable transportation
- able to sweep and mop floors
- able to dust shelves
- able to lift and carry out trash containers and place in outside bin
- able to clean parking lot and grounds
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80% of shift time
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED, college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility
- leadership skills
- ability to manage and develop people
- basic computer literacy
- strong analytical and decision-making skills

- find, hire and develop employees

- develop training plans for new hires
