Job Requirements

must be at least 21 years old
pass background check criteria
have reliable transportation
able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80 percent of shift
able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, carry out trash and clean parking lot and grounds
basic business math and accounting skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
college or university degree preferred
2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
demonstrated leadership and people development skills
basic personal computer literacy
strong analytical and decision-making skills
ability to manage a team and develop employees

Job Duties

Lead and establish a positive work environment and customer hospitality
oversee entire restaurant operations including food safety, quality, and accuracy
find, hire and develop employees
conduct new hire orientation and develop individualized training plans
schedule and deploy team appropriately
address employee performance issues
resolve customer concerns
manage restaurant budget and financial planning
