Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- pass background check criteria
- have reliable transportation
- able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80 percent of shift
- able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, carry out trash and clean parking lot and grounds
- basic business math and accounting skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- demonstrated leadership and people development skills
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- ability to manage a team and develop employees
Job Duties
- Lead and establish a positive work environment and customer hospitality
- oversee entire restaurant operations including food safety, quality, and accuracy
- find, hire and develop employees
- conduct new hire orientation and develop individualized training plans
- schedule and deploy team appropriately
- address employee performance issues
- resolve customer concerns
- manage restaurant budget and financial planning
