Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including at least one weekend shift
- able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic knowledge of plants or willingness to learn
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- plant knowledge or gardening experience is a plus

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- assist customers with plant and gardening product selection
- stock inventory and maintain product displays
- water and care for plants
- answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- keep the retail area clean and organized
- carry out customer purchases as needed
