Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work part-time including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- enthusiasm for gardening and customer service
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- previous retail or nursery experience is desirable but not mandatory

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- assist customers in locating products and offer gardening advice
- perform general retail tasks including stocking shelves
- water and care for nursery plants
- answer phone calls and manage customer inquiries
- maintain clean and organized retail areas
- assist customers with carrying out purchases
