- Ability to lift 20 or more pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with gardening needs
- Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Water and care for plants throughout the retail space
- Keep the retail area clean, organized, and presentable
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Actively engage with customers to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Carry out purchases for customers as needed
