Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in cleaning and maintaining commercial office buildings
- Clean DMV driving record and current automobile liability insurance coverage
- Ability to frequently walk, stoop, bend, climb stairs and drive to various properties
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player attitude
- Ability to work with small hand tools
- Problem solving ability
- Time management skills

Job Duties
- Remove trash and debris from property grounds and clean entry glass doors
- Check all vacant suites daily and clean as needed
- Repair or replace lights or ballasts and replace ceiling tiles
- Sweep and hose off exterior walkways and wipe down all exterior mullions and soffits
- Remove spider webs off vacant suites, both interior and exterior, and clean entry doors
- Assist with small repairs such as toilets, door knobs, simple locks, and faucets
- Perform painting as directed
- Conduct pressure washing of common area grounds
- Assist Maintenance Technicians when directed by the Property Manager
- Assist Property Manager as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
