Job Requirements
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- six years or more of related sales experience and/or training in wine and/or spirits sales
- current state driver’s license
- ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
- Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License or Permit as required by the state

Job Duties
- Demonstrate expertise knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling specialized products such as fine wine and luxury brands
- manage pre-sells and vintage sensitive projects or programs
- develop and present sales and product presentations to customers
- train and educate the sales staff on all facets of wine knowledge
- coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives
- develop long-term sales plans for key customers
- work with marketing team on pricing programs for non-mainstream items
- solicit business by visiting customers and introducing new products
- provide exceptional customer service by assessing needs, meeting quality standards and resolving complaints
- influence and guide District Managers and representatives to amplify brands and communicate market opportunities
