  • proficiency in excel and relevant computer applications

  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures
  • ensure consistency, freshness and deliciousness of all menu items through tasting and thorough line checks
  • assist with daily ordering and some administrative tasks
  • be computer proficient with knowledge of excel and other relevant applications
  • manage inventory, organization and overall cleanliness of the kitchen in its entirety
  • assist with daily monitoring of kitchen safety and staff etiquette
  • develop and or maintain working relationships with local artisans and growers
