- 2+ years of relevant experience as a pastry cook
- weekend availability required
- ability to work early mornings and most holidays
- culinary degree preferred
- food safety knowledge preferred
- excellent work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- prepare and execute the dessert menu as directed by the Chef de Cuisine
- maintain knowledge of all pastry recipes and kitchen procedures
- assist with inventory management and organization
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry station
- ensure quality, consistency, and freshness of all pastries
- support kitchen staff in maintaining high standards during service
- manage time efficiently to meet service demands
