Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid FAA A&P certificate
- Five years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Two years aviation maintenance supervisory experience
- Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
- US citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Govt Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain facility credentials and authorization
- May be required to travel as requested
Job Qualifications

- Valid FAA A&P certificate
- Minimum of five years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Extensive knowledge of C-12/King Air Turboprop and UC-35 Cessna Citation aircraft maintenance
- Minimum of two years experience in an aviation maintenance supervisory role
- Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience supervising daily flight operations personnel
- Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Manage a team of A&P mechanics to perform organizational level maintenance on C-12/King Air and UC-35 Cessna Citation aircraft
- Plan and coordinate all aircraft inspections including special, conditional, and phase inspections
- Monitor and maintain documentation of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Dispatch and monitor all assigned tasks and associated jobs to work centers
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure aircraft availability meets flight schedules
- Assist in documenting aircraft flight time and maintenance discrepancies
- Monitor the Amentum/MRO system and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports
- Track and document aircraft maintenance activities including TBO's, SB, S.I.L.s, and AD's
- Enforce compliance with Army Aviation Regulations and FAA Federal Aviation Regulations related to aircraft maintenance
- Verify maintenance action documentation prior to submission to the US Army
- Train site employees in proper work methods and ensure adherence to GOP procedures
- Develop and manage the Master Training Plan database and ensure technical data availability
- Review Quality Management System (QT9) documents and AMRO for aircraft status and maintenance records
- Ensure local operating procedures align with GOP standards
- Submit NRT requests according to contractual performance work statements
- Monitor all required maintenance prior to flight operations
- Perform other related qualified duties as assigned or requested
