Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varied shifts including opening, busy day parts, and closing shifts
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
  • Compliance with HACCP procedures and protocols
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service
  • Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • Ability to read, speak, and comprehend policy and operational documents
  • Availability to work a varied and rotating schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
  • Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
  • Effective communication skills with customers
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
  • Ability to work varied shifts including opening, busy day parts, and closing shifts
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist the AGM/GM in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates within defined restaurant units or points-of-sale
  • Participate in the interview process and provide input for hiring, promotion, or termination recommendations
  • Assign work tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure all shifts are adequately covered
  • Actively ensure all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • Ensure display areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Operate cash register and void transactions following cash handling policies, maintaining cash security
  • Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures, report any safety concerns
  • Understand and perform health and safety activities as specified in the Manager’s Guide
  • Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
  • Maintain current contact information for all associates
