Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- A physical exam will be conducted as part of the hiring process
- Ability to handle frequent physical effort including lifting 20-50 lbs
- Willingness to work in variable temperatures and wet environments
- Ability to work evenings
- Must be a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and hold a current temple recommend
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising or training employees preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate and close grill equipment
- Basic inventory management experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Verify store organization and refill products
- Assure product quality through product rotation (FIFO) procedures
- Supervise student crew to stock shelves
- Verify and enforce safety training requirements
- Implement daily training follow-up as needed
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to employees to encourage improvement
- Close grill equipment for the day
- Oversee dinner crew
- Verify equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Ensure customer service and trust
- Verify quality and temperature standards
- Inventory control
- Ordering products
- Cash register final money count and nightly balanced funds
