Job Requirements
- Physical exam and lift test as part of the hiring process
- ability to lift medium weight objects approximately 20-50 lbs frequently
- willingness to work in variable temperatures or wet environments
- ability to climb and work from ladders or in awkward positions
- members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold a current temple recommend and be worthy to hold it

Job Qualifications
- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
- 2 years of experience in catering or a related food service business
Job Duties
- Coordinate with the customer regarding room set up and final service instructions
- coordinate with banquet captain for needed equipment
- consult with culinary staff for proper plate design and serving of meal
- supervise student staff at the event
- consult with custodial services regarding room setup
- assist with training of student staff by conducting or participating in training meetings
