- maintains 100% total customer focus

- works scheduled hours as assigned by Store Manager

- maintains a safe and secure environment
- continuously trains and develops skills
- assists customers with any issues
- completes paperwork and records timely
- checks-in deliveries and retails merchandise correctly
- ensures flawless program execution for store goals
- maintains excellent store appearance inside and outside
- operates all store equipment accurately and friendly
- reports defects and accidents to management
- adapts productively to changes
- acts professionally at all times
- uses good communication skills
- operates cash register and lottery machine accurately
- maintains dispensed beverages and supplies
- keeps shelves and displays stocked and organized
- completes other duties as assigned
