Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be comfortable working with adolescent, adult, and psychiatric populations

Job Duties
- Cleans and sanitizes juice machines and dietary areas
- works posted schedule including holidays
- sets up tables for patient meals
- records dish machine temperatures
- serves meals to patients
- prepares and delivers snacks to units
- washes dishes in dish room
- puts away orders in refrigerator, freezer, storeroom, and kitchen ensuring FIFO
- sweeps and mops floors
- takes out trash
- demonstrates proper sanitation methods
- interacts respectfully with patients and staff
- records refrigerator temperature
- wears assigned uniform
- assists cook and dietary supervisor in food preparation and serving
- maintains par levels of snacks and rotates snacks daily
- cleans, organizes, and maintains snack areas on units
