Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar food and beverage role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and meet operational demands including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Strong prioritization and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Job Duties

  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly purchase orders
  • Facilitate approval and ensure accuracy of deliveries in coordination with receivers/buyers
  • Authorize payments by reviewing invoices/documentation
  • Maintain proper inventory levels aligned with inventory goals
  • Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, and specs)
  • Input delivery reports (CCP) and register goods in Navision
  • Monitor CCP1 quality and correct receivers as needed
  • Follow up on open POs
  • clear void POs in ERP
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and food safety
  • Perform special projects as assigned
  • Participate in creating policies and procedures
  • Update inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Process requisitions and update management on order status
  • Assess quality of incoming stock
  • escalate discrepancies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
