Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage purchasing or procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Ability to maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Capability to handle physical demands of the role

Job Duties
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly purchase orders
- Facilitate approval and ensure accuracy of deliveries in coordination with receivers/buyers
- Authorize payments by reviewing invoices/documentation
- Maintain proper inventory levels aligned with inventory goals
- Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, and specs)
- Input delivery reports (CCP) and register goods in Navision
- Monitor CCP1 quality and correct receivers as needed
- Follow up on open POs
- clear void POs in ERP
- Conduct monthly inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with specifications and food safety
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Participate in creating policies and procedures
- Update inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
- Process requisitions and update management on order status
- Assess quality of incoming stock
- escalate discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
