Job Requirements
- minimum of three years experience in private service or luxury hospitality
- knowledge of Los Angeles area and elite household operations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- flexibility to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- physically able to perform duties and manage errands
Job Qualifications
- at least three years of experience in private service or luxury hospitality
- deep knowledge of Los Angeles
- refined understanding of elite household operations
- confident in formal and informal meal service
- experienced in hosting and guest engagement
- energetic highly organized and service-minded
- demonstrates discretion and professionalism
- ability to anticipate household needs with grace
Job Duties
- oversee organization and presentation of the home including maintaining inventories for dressing rooms bathrooms and personal amenities
- ensure every space is prepared to the highest standard for family and guest arrivals
- assist with household and entertaining duties
- support culinary service including ordering reservations bartending and collaboration with the Chef
- manage errands personal shopping and vehicle oversight
- provide discreet anticipatory support to both family and household staff
- engage professionally with guests and assist in hosting duties
