Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of food and beverage experience preferably in gourmet fine dining
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Positive and resilient attitude especially during stressful periods
- Willingness to learn new processes and approaches
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Proficient in English, additional languages a plus
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts and extended hours
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and staff
- Professional grooming and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required licensing or work cards
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Food and Beverage experience preferably in gourmet fine dining
- Good knowledge of food service, wine, and bartending skills
- Able to work efficiently within a team environment
- Respectful and courteous team player
- Positive, "whatever it takes" attitude and maintain a positive attitude especially during stressful periods
- Open mind and willingness to learn new processes, concepts and ways of approaching guest and coworkers
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective listening skills with strong decision-making abilities
- Able to communicate in English with guests, management, and other employees to their understanding
- Additional foreign language a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks and be detailed oriented while maintaining service integrity
- Available to work all shifts and days
- Willingness to work beyond the average work day of 8 hours and be flexible to adjust work hours and schedule to cover all shifts
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times regarding guests and staff
- Well groomed and professional
- Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Preparing and setting-up arrival Villas/Suites and/or Gaming Salons according to guest or Host preferences
- Ensuring all Villa/Suite set-ups, inspections, tours, and restocks are completed according to Villa Services standards
- Greeting and escorting guests to and from their Villa/Suite and their preferred destinations
- Performing and facilitating all valet services including but not limited to: unpacking/packing luggage, logging laundry and dry cleaning, pressing and steaming and shoe polishing
- Arranging all in-room or Spa and Salon services
- Responsible for all Food & Beverage services in the Villas/Suites and Gaming Salons including: picking-up, delivering, and serving food & beverage orders

- Coordinates transportation pick-ups or drop-offs and procures off-property guest requests
- Arranges all Concierge and Business Service needs including: booking dinner, spa, salon, golf and show reservations

- Initiates and engages in conversation in a professional and friendly manner while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Actively communicates and assists all supporting departments (Ex: Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Floral/Horticulture, Sound & Video) to gain entry to the guest rooms as needed and reporting guest issues or requests and following up to ensure completion
- Communicates information received from guests, hosts, peers, and management in a clear and professional manner
- Maintains the Wynn standards of service with guests and co-workers at all times
- Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times
- Ensures the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas and maintains a safe and pristine work environment for all
- Understands safety is a priority and always follows department and company safety and health code standards
- Knows and adheres to Wynn policies and procedures, embraces company culture, and takes pride in the Resort and amenities
- Is well-versed in the Resort and Hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities, and events available to guests
- Attends required meetings and training classes and incorporates knowledge gained into daily work practices
- Performs all other job related duties as assigned
